I offer real estate photography in Gainesville, Florida and surrounding communities. My services include interior, exterior photography and drone-base aerial photography. 

When I photograph a home, I do so with the buyer in mind. My goal is for buyers to be able to picture themselves in a new home through my images. This means I take time to carefully compose each image in a way that is both inviting and accurate. I believe buyers should be able to look at real estate listings online and get accurate feel for the spaces and colors in a home, and not be surprised when a home is smaller in person than it appeared online – or when the light grey walls they saw in the pictures turn out to be baby blue in person. There in no easy way to get accurate colors. This is why I use professional lighting for most of my images. While this process takes a little more work, it's worth it in the end to make sure buyers won't face any unwanted surprises when they tour a home.
